Black velvet stars scrunchie

Handmade velvet scrunchie.

Will wrap around medium thickness hair 2 times. Has 6mm wide elastic on the inside. This is a slightly smaller scrunchie than my usual size. I made these for people with thinner hair as the velvet grips better.
